Therapeutic Foster Family Agency

In addition to the services provided for the young men living at the Ranch, we also help place hundreds of other children into loving stable foster homes through our Foster Family Agency (FFA).  The FFA was licensed by the State of California, Department of Social Services in 1991.

We recruit, train, certify and supervise foster homes for boys and girls, ages 0-17.  Children are placed in our homes through court order by the County Social Services and Probation Departments. 

Financial reimbursement, on-going training, social work case management services and extra liability insurance is provided to our foster parents.  Our staff have Master’s Degrees and meet weekly with our foster parents in their homes, with the children they care for offering support, encouragement and resources to help the children grow into healthy young people.

Valley Teen Ranch FFA is in need of quality Christian homes that are willing to open their hearts and  homes to meet the needs of abused and neglected children.  Providing foster care to these young people can be a very rewarding experience. Your own life will be enriched as you become involved in the lives of these young children.  The financial benefits are minimal but the measure of personal and spiritual benefits can be great.  We are interested in meeting the physical, emotional, social, mental and spiritual needs of these young children.
